Good office location. I got a laptop and phone.

Communication, clients, behavior of certain people.
Cantonal holidays were ignored.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Hire people with more experience and better qualifications.
Find a program for the workflow organization, Jira or something along those lines, so people can plan their work and know what to do.
Take a very close look at if compliance is being done properly.
Keep the hierarchy in check, and streamline information. Being told one thing by the CEO, and a completely different by an assistant manager was not fun.

Sometimes, people above me were quite unfriendly and raised their voices at me.
Kommunikation
I never received a lot of crucial information regarding taking sick leave, holidays, etc. All communication went through email, and it was difficult to deal with HR.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
During my time there, there turn over rate was quite high. New people would join, a few would leave every two weeks roughly which made things difficult. The other Juniors were friendly though.
Work-Life-Balance
Okay.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Partners and head of the division were, in my subjective opinion, absolutely clueless about what was happening in the team.
Interessante Aufgaben
In my opinion, a lot of the tasks could be automated. You had to piece a lot of stuff together by looking at work for other clients, because many people couldn't help me out.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
A bit less compared to other firms in Zurich.
