Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I value the supportive work environment, career growth opportunities, and the genuine care from management. The flexibility, especially during personal times, is outstanding. A guaranteed job after pregnancy with the freedom to choose when to return, along with a 50% discount on childcare for your own child, makes working here even more special.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

There is not much to criticize, but like in any workplace, there can be occasional misunderstandings when working with people. Additionally, I would love to see more environmental initiatives and perhaps more benefits like additional vacation days for long-term employees.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

More environmentally friendly initiatives: It would be great to see an even stronger focus on sustainability – for example, through increased digitalization to reduce paper use or by incorporating more eco-friendly materials into daily operations. Regular training on environmental awareness could also make a positive impact.

Enhanced incentive systems: In addition to the already great loyalty bonus and financial support for further education, offering additional vacation days for long-term employees could be another wonderful way to show appreciation.

Working here has been an enriching and rewarding experience. The work atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging, creating a space where employees feel comfortable, motivated, and respected. What I particularly appreciate is how diverse and inclusive the company is – no one is excluded based on their culture, background, or personal beliefs. It truly fosters a multicultural and open-minded environment where everyone feels valued.

Kommunikation

Communication within the company works well, even though, naturally, working with people can sometimes lead to misunderstandings. Of course, there are employees who do not prefer open communication and then voice complaints, but it must be emphasized: those who address problems in a factual and constructive manner will always find a willing ear with the management. Especially in this industry, self-reflection is extremely important – unfortunately, this is sometimes forgotten, particularly by younger employees. More and more is often demanded without considering how essential a respectful and open communication style is when working with one another.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The team cohesion is outstanding. Our HR department puts a lot of thought into which applicants best fit each center, and this is evident in our daily work. It’s a wonderful feeling to know that you can rely on each other. If I’m ever sick, my colleagues are always willing to step in – and I would do the same for them at any time. It’s a true give and take. The management also plays a big role in ensuring we feel supported: whenever I have personal appointments, they are always accommodating. What impressed me most was when my mother visited from abroad, and I was granted several days off on short notice to spend quality time with her. This is something truly special and by no means a given.

Work-life balance is well-maintained, with flexible working arrangements and understanding leadership that respects personal time while encouraging productivity.

The management behavior at Globegarden is exceptional. My supervisor is incredibly kind and always has an open ear for us. She helps wherever she can and brings a wonderful sense of humor to our daily work. Respect and honesty are core values for her, and she demonstrates this every day. What makes her truly special are the thoughtful gestures she surprises us with – whether it’s a bar of chocolate, small personalized gifts, or even a simple message thanking me for my work or genuinely asking how I’m doing. You can feel that she truly cares about us as individuals, not just as employees. These small but meaningful gestures show me how much she values and appreciates us.

The tasks and responsibilities at globegarden are diverse and engaging. I have the opportunity to contribute to new projects and bring in my own ideas, which keeps the work dynamic and exciting. I am given a lot of freedom to be creative, and my input is valued and encouraged. This trust and flexibility make my work even more fulfilling and enjoyable.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

The interaction with older colleagues is very positive. We are a well-balanced team with both younger and older colleagues, and despite the age differences, we get along very well. I believe this also has a lot to do with the respect we show towards our more experienced colleagues. There is so much to learn from them, and it’s truly enriching to work alongside educators who bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team.

The working conditions are very good. The facilities are well-maintained, and we have access to all the materials and resources needed to provide quality care and education. The company ensures a safe and comfortable environment for both staff and children. Additionally, the working hours are fair, and flexibility is provided when needed. Overall, it’s a supportive environment that allows us to focus on our work and well-being.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

The environmental awareness is present, but I do wish for more initiatives to protect the environment in the future. However, I believe that over time, we will continue to digitalize many processes, which will help us protect our beautiful planet. What I find especially great is that we teach children about sustainability through regular recycling trips, helping them understand the importance of taking care of the environment from an early age.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

The salary is very fair and reflects the effort and dedication we put into our work each day. I feel that my contributions are genuinely valued, and the compensation is more than satisfactory. Payments are always made on time, and there is complete transparency when it comes to salary matters. What stands out to me is that I received much lower salary offers from other employers. Thanks to the support from globegarden, I was able to get my qualifications recognized in Switzerland and now hold a diploma. This also led to an immediate salary increase without me even having to ask. Additionally, there is a fantastic loyalty bonus, which further shows the company’s appreciation for long-term employees.

I am very proud to work here – not everyone can, and to be honest, not everyone should. Unfortunately, there are still too many people who underestimate our profession, thinking we do nothing but supervise children. In reality, our work is incredibly diverse and meaningful. We shape the most important early years of children’s lives, and I believe it is absolutely right that we do not hire employees who lack the passion and commitment this profession requires. Our role goes far beyond mere supervision; it involves creativity, education, and emotional support. Of course, there will always be a few individuals who speak negatively about an employer, often without acknowledging their own shortcomings. It’s easy to blame others, but true professionalism means reflecting on one’s own performance as well. I deeply value working in an environment where dedication is recognized and where colleagues are motivated to provide the best for the children in our care.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

The career opportunities here are outstanding. I started as a simple intern and, within a year, worked my way up to assistant teacher. Now, I am a group leader and deputy manager. For those who are truly motivated and willing to put in the effort, the opportunities for growth are immense. Our organization is continuously evolving, and with that growth come incredible career prospects.
