Definitely the Weiterbildungen they offer, my team, and also the support you get from HR if you run into any problems was always very appreciated. I also loved all the events they put on like our yearly x-mas party!

Every day was different - this might not be every person's cup of tea, but I really loved this aspect about my job and working at globegarden. It makes for a very varied work day

This is probably what I liked most about globegarden, just the vast options of Weiterbildungen they offer. Plus they're free, which I didn't know when I started but that was definitely a plus ;-)
