Listen to your employees more. Recently everything I've said has been ignored and exactly the opposite was made. That's why so many people are currently looking for other jobs.
Work-Life-Balance
If you want to leave at 4 (after starting at 7 am or even earlier), there will be comments about how people don't want to work until 5 pm anymore. Also, almost every supervisor works on weekends and vacation days. It's not very inspiring.
Interessante Aufgaben
They tell you that they want to develop your strengths further but they can't hold their own promises.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The old building is horrible and they can't figure out how to give each employee the same ressources.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They may encourage you to get into schools but they won't pay for it.
