Lots of things are very good. Global Data Operations is a terrible department.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

GDO department functions more like a m.a.f.i.a from Argentina and Colombia than a professional work environment, led by two someone who surrounds herself with a circle of Latin colleagues. The leader’s primary concern is her personal agenda rather than fostering team growth or adhering to the company's core values.
Favoritism is rampant, with decisions consistently favoring those within her inner circle, leading to a toxic work culture where the broader team is marginalized. Leadership plays favourites all over the world, it is not a fair workplace in GDO and GDMS. Compliance, transparency, and merit are secondary considerations to personal alliances. This environment stifles innovation, creates distrust, and drives a wedge between team members who are either part of the inner circle or left on the outside. Constant promotion of highly unexperienced people.
For any positive change to occur, the department needs a complete restructuring of its leadership and a return to professional, ethical practices that prioritize the company’s mission over personal gains. Without this, the current culture will continue to breed inefficiency and resentment.
