The working atmosphere at Neho is really very pleasant. Right from the start, I was integrated into the group and invited to all the events. Frankly, it's a top-rate team that accepts everyone as they are!

You can communicate everything that's on your mind with your team. As for me, my managers are always there for me if I have anything!

The team spirit is very strong and everyone gets on really well. And we try to mix the different teams as much as possible!

My superiors have always taken me seriously, even though I'm a trainee, and have always listened to all my ideas. I can ask them as many questions as I like and they're always very open!
