Work-Life-Balance
While it is nice that the individual requirements of the (future and existing) team members are taken into account (as long as they ask for things loud enough), it also means that there are always last-minute things that have to be taken care of. Either treat everyone the same, hire more people, or streamline processes.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
As other reports have said, many young managers who have had to grow as fast as the company, but with no opportunities for training or leadership from the top.
