Never saw such a teamspirit and support from down till up. One of the value is to be like a wolfpack and I can definitely feel this. Challenges are tackled together so there is no need to be a single wolf.

Holidays can be taken at any time when the workload is not so high. Homeoffice is possible.

Managers and supervisors are open to ideas and opportunities. Very supportive against each individual.
Interessante Aufgaben
Tasks are well distributed and organised. It is also like a play ground and open for implementations. The internal system and certification is purely technical and you get in touch with experts in their IT security areas where you can learn and grow.

Even if it is an IT company, women are not rare and are equally respected.

They hire oldies but mostly youngster. The dealing is the same.

Depends on which floor. Summers can be hot and winters cold. Environment and office furniture are modern and kinda "nerdy". IT is overwhelmed by too many incredible and fancy tools, but once you've found the right ones, it's easier.

To address the onboarding process, we have improved it significantly. We are always working to improve it and make it a better experience for new employees. Our head of sales enablement has collected a lot of feedback and has designed a new onboarding process, which is both informative and fun.
