I think it would be a good idea in the future to pay the traveling costs for the last interview if the candidate does not live in Zürich. The point here is not the money, but what the applicant perceives from the company. He/she would feel very valued and it would give a very positive image from the company.

It is started by personality assessment questions, golas and why I wanted to work in Optotune. Then I had second interview which was technical interview. They asked about my educations, current job, skills and various technological questions. At the end we had 2 IQ tests. After 1 hr I got info that I will get 3t interview. The 3th interview was with CEO . My background, skills and pressure/stress tests was asked.

Informations through phone were sometimes a bit difficult to understand due to bad connections. I had a virtual and a personal interview. The personal was rather short, focus was more on showing me the company than getting more informations about me or something like that.
Alles wurde offen kommuniziert, es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

First Day at work was strange: It wasn't mentioned when and where to arrive the building. Nearly missed a whole meeting on the first day because my Inbox was full of cancelled and requested meetings.
