Slight division between sales team and the rest of the team, maybe due to the physical separation on two floors in the office. However, everyone is prepared to work together to reach our goals and help out if somebody needs help

It is easy to work too much because it's so interesting and challenging (in a nice way!) but this is probably the case in all fast-growth businesses

very open and flat structures, the CEO meets all new hires and makes sure to speak with everyone in the company on a regular basis

the product itself can really support the environment by reducing the transport distances when buyers can find what they need closer to where they are

the company still suffers from some of the bad comments from the early phase of the company, since the "re-start" in 2020 this has massively improved
