The salary is acceptable, and sometimes there is a free massage offered – but nothing else for benefits. The technical team is skilled, so there is a chance to learn from some colleagues, but there is no support for personal growth or training. If you are lucky and have a good manager then you may feel some support, but this is not typical in this company.

There is no respect for local culture or European work practices, especially on flexibility and work-life balance. In Switzerland and Europe, most companies offer hybrid working, but here it is not possible. They don’t consider how important hybrid work is for employees. Some people are given special treatment and can work from home, but most of us are not allowed. It feels unfair and frustrating.

Stop with the micromanaging and start trusting employees more. Make communication open and clear , option for flexible working. Respect older employees and give fair treatment to everyone. Improve work-life balance and make sure employees feel valued.

Working at Power Integrations is really disappointing. The working atmosphere is very stiff no good feeling here. They are saying they support "office culture," but in reality, there is no flexible working, no home office allowed. They don’t trust us to work by ourselves, so they control every detail. If you ask for flexibility you just get a no it feels like going back to old times.

Communication here is very bad. Management tells nothing important to employees. Even if you ask for information, you get no answer or something so unclear you cannot understand. It is like they want to keep everything secret from us. This way of communicating makes it very difficult to trust anyone here.
