Absolutely 0 complaints. We get the freedom to do our work the way it makes sense the most. In order to get your work Life balance you are encouraged to prioritize and rescope. Nobody has to crunch out overtime and we do not incentivize it either. Big plus.
It has been difficult during covid times to support each other as we seeing ourselves less and less face to face but overall people are always there when you need help.
Communication is hard for any company that is growing but sometimes there needs to be more of a balance that incorporates all levels of employees.

Nice, chill and open colleagues. People are there cause they love their jobs. You get a really nice onboarding and they have a very open feedback culture.
Work from home
You get 8 days per year to use for training etc. In addition every employee gets CHF 2000 to spend on training programmes. Employees in team lead/management roles get coaching to help them improve whatever skills need fine tuning.
Pretty normal for start up in ZH.

The Ceo is a genuinely nice guy who constantly has a smile on his face and is always ready to praise his colleagues and takes part in team events.
How can i improve? This is what you hear on a regular basis from your colleagues. There is an open feedback culture. Since i started a few weeks ago i have found everyone willing to communicate and help me integrate.
Everyone is treated the same. No matter who you are, your nationality, job role etc.
I like the office
No leadership. No one to look up to. They ask for feedback and then say no. It's fake.
Hire experienced Leaders with soft skills. Work on communication. Give back to community. Take legal topics serious.

People who don't say they were ripped off really like us.
Depending on role you can chill it and be the king or work your ass off with no gain.

People with high burnout risk get pushed and pushed more. No one cares for employee health, they just want to squeeze all out of the people.
Having 30 year old women as Intern in a Job where they have Senior Level experience. And do not forget "you need to have the biggest balls".
