Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Many group leaders are non technical background, being used as a cushion layer between the research and development and HR with no benefit rather than creating problems. Few of them are stay at home single moms who rarwly show up at office and the turn over is still high, but they are still employed because they are friends with top management.
Some employees could take their cases to court against sonova thanks to those group leaders and somova had to pay reparations.
