Like in every organization there are good and not so good times. Sonova has really changed since I started 5 years ago.

Too much change, 5 managers in 18 months. From being a very cohesive team to a superficial harmony.
Kommunikation
There are a lot of channels, however unless you are close to the managers (in-group) you will know and understand what is going on otherwise, walking semi blind.
