Bad leadership and not enough projects.
Stryber is not a venture builder anymore but a consultancy. Therefore I would recommend to adapt to the standards in consultancy (travel, personal development etc). Moreover it is essential that the leadership improves on communication skills and draws more awareness to their biases when it comes to gender equality.
Within the functional teams very nice, but amongst the project it also highly depends on the partners and their abilities
Really depends. If you have a project some people ask you to do a lot of extra hours. Unfortunately Stryber does not have many projects for the past years, so it is common to be asked to do internal tasks which are not very exciting.
Great colleagues, i rarely had such great colleagues in my professional life.
Unfortunately very poor. Ranging from asking you to work while you are on vacation to bad reviews with no clear and valid feedback.

Klare Strukturen und Aufbau eines guten Leadership Teams mit mehr Diversität. Insbesondere Mitarbeitern zuhören und Feedback verinnerlichen.
Wie es bei kleinen Firmen ebenso ist... manchmal ist der Workload sehr hoch und man muss auch mal am Wochenende arbeiten.
Innerhalb des Teams teilweise sehr cool Kollegen!
Leider teilweise schlechtes Leasdership, teilweise wenig Einsatz durch Führungskraft Mitarbeiter zu entwickeln.
Innerhalb eines Teams gut, innerhalb der Firma teilweise leider sehr intransparent und durcheinander. Insbesondere das Management sollte nur professionelle Aussagen tätigen. Bswp. sorgt es für sehr viel Unruhe wenn eine wichtige Entscheidung nur eine Woche nach verkünden wieder revidier wird.

There were a few but they left before I started. It's a young team with a a lot of changes - except in management.
Disappointing: no clear leadership or communication. Too many changes within a project...that waste time and resources. Really poor compared to previous roles.
The equipment is good. The offices are too noisy but that's quite common.
There is a structure - but it's rolled out without any inspirational drive.
