Nothing. This setup built on self-management does not fit everyone of course, some have other carrier plans. This is respected. Good transparency with hires and leavings, therefore I assume the fluctuation is low.
Efforts needed are frequently underestimated. People should be more conscious about traps and tricks with planning.

Courses and trainings belong to daily business, they just need to be relevant for your roles. Carrier doesn't mean raising in the hierarchy (doesn't really exist) but developing skills and broadening your experience.

Direct access to management, very flat hierarchy, people are trusted to make their decisions based on consent with their colleagues. Transparent communication, no taboos.
