I work remote and therefore have limited impression. But whenever I visit offices, I really like the atmosphere. Everyone is super nice!
Kommunikation
I have few contacts companywide, but in my Department I receive all information I need. There is a very informative quarterly all hands. Apart from that I'm not into all whats going on. Which to my personal preference is fine as it decreases mental load ;)

I have the absolutely best team! Everyone is openminded and helpful. Whenever we meet, we have fun be it in workshops or after work.
Work-Life-Balance
for me perfect: home office and part-time. No one cares how long I sit in front of teams... no need for mouse jiggling haha as there is no micro management/ control AT ALL (in my team). I truly value the trust and flexibility here.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I have the godfather of team leads. Just as everyone dreams of: she keeps all the load from above away and makes sure we can work without having to deal with it. Moreover, we are trusted to be experts in what we do and can take our own decisions.
Interessante Aufgaben
It varies. There are repetitive ones and also a lot of room to drive initiatives, improve processes etc. Whatever I wanted to change or implement, I did. So it also depends a lot on personal drive.

did not experience any discrimination. But there is also no diversity management yet.

Arbeitsbedingungen
I do home office. However the offices in Cologne and Riga are really nice, you also always find a seat. Thinkpad is ok, would have preferred Mac though....

I'm well paid ;) However, it's still a young company and certainly there is room to implement further benefits. But considering what has been implemented just in the few past months, e.g. Work around the globe, VSOP etc. we seem on a good way.

We aren't that well known. I knew the 1NCCE since I worked in same industry, but outside probably mostly unknown.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I have room/ time to learn but not sure yet, what career steps will be possible. So far I am happy with my development.
