Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- nice colleagues and great team spirit
- office in a central location

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- salary and benefits are still on start-up level
- some of the leads are very inexperienced, which occasionally leads to very poor strategic decisions
- zero efforts towards keeping experienced and skilled employees in the company resulting in high turnover rates and loss of valuable knowledge
- very limited remote work options, especially for a company that has profited immensely during covid times when employees kept things running by working remotely

Arbeitsatmosphäre

A company with many young, motivated and skilled employees that could actually achieve a lot together, but unfortunately many teams are presented with unsuitable leads that are unable to recognize the potential of their employees. In addition to this, there’s the average to slightly below-average pay and hardly any additional benefits worth mentioning, which for many people quickly reduces motivation.

Generally speaking, the team spirit was very good, but unfortunately I can't give a better rating, because the company has been in a constant cycle of restructuring in some areas for years, which regularly breaks up well-functioning team structures (layoffs that are disguised as “mutual agreements”, people being shifted to different departments without first discussing this with the affected employees).

Work-Life-Balance

Could be vastly improved by giving all employees more flexible remote working options especially considering that there are quite a lot of expats working in the company. In addition, there are already exceptions to the applicable remote work rules for people who are well connected within the company, so it would only be fair if this was offered to all employees.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Many leads who are still far too inexperienced when it comes to employee management and unfortunately are not effectively trained in this respect.
