Poor salaries with few benefits, high workload and high demands on work in return. A few years ago, one had the feeling that ABOUT YOU was moving away from the start-up mindset. However, it has recently become clear that this is not the case. Savings on salaries & development, no benefits, but more and more company parties - that is not what the employees asked for in the many surveys.

Listen to the employees. Sufficient impetus is given as to how satisfaction can be increased. However, if all requests, impulses and ideas are rejected by the MDs, this sends a message.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
With the enforced back to office concept, which means that you have to be in the office 3 times a week, the overall working atmosphere is very dampened. Teams are stressed, have no space for concentrated work in the open-plan offices and meeting rooms are hardly ever free, which is why hybrid meetings also have to take place on office days. The lack of efficiency deceives the mood.
Kommunikation
Communication between lead level and operational management leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of information is only communicated after an increased number of questions, and teams feel left in the dark due to the lack of transparency.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team is very cohesive. This is particularly encouraged by the fact that many people with similar life realities and interests work in one team. I would like to award more points here, but as teams are repeatedly torn apart due to restructuring, I deduct points because I have the feeling that team cohesion is not encouraged by the company, but taken for granted.
Work-Life-Balance
Work-life balance would be much better if there were more remote opportunities or monetary benefits.

Leads are under immense pressure, which is extremely noticeable for the teams.
