Flexible, not many possibilities to change as a manager, rather low salary
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Job seems to be save, flexibility, e.g. Home Office, but of course flexible working hours must be adjusted to the hours of the colleagues and meetings, hence you cannot work whenever you (don't) want it. You may use laptop and phone privately but due to ensure data protection for the enterprise they can check whatever you are doing on those things - at least to the knowledge of the colleagues. Hence, most colleagues only use laptop and phone privately if no other chance. Also not the best work equipment, most colleagues have better items privately.

Primarily the salary but also offerings for lower Career Levels and/or colleagues who do not belong to office Frankfurt. They have almost no in person meetings organized by the enterprise and several offerings are only for managers and above but you need not only hard work but also a lot of luck to get there. No checks for home office or purchases like good desks or chairs. A lot of colleagues still not working with good furniture (e.g. at the kitchen table). The benefits were once more. FeMale Mentoring program is not really lived anymore I assume, probably something to do with the development that we don't want to see a difference between men and women, hence why should women be especially coached? In general there is also no difference regarding salaries for men and women - on the same job level. But men are promoted faster, hence there is a difference at the end.

A bigger piece of the cake for "lower" Career Levels..
