The current management is creating an extremely toxic environment with "my way or the highway" attitude. If you say yes all the time then it's OK.
Kommunikation
One of the reasons behind leaving the organisation was the communication. Top management can't be reached at anytime!
Therefore, I would rate this as a -5 stars!

There is a divide amongst the employees which is also due to management tactics.

Work life balance is good.

My way or the highway style. One person decision in the whole organisation. Multiple changes without letting the employer know about it. Continuous changes in the planning without informing the relevant stakeholder.
