I applied in February and received a positive answer for a telefon interview (Skype) after 1 week. I was in Turkey in the moment of the application and they even considered me for doing the HR interview in Turkey, which I found very positive. However, my stay in Turkey was finished and I did the second and third interview in Germany.
The 30 minutes skype interview was with direct boss and one person from technical department and I was asked for very general technical questions and my experiences (What I have done in the past?).
The second interview was in Mainz after 2 weeks with 3 persons from technical department. I found it was a very interesting interview and I felt very comfortable. I was asked some tricky and more specific technical question, but at the end I did well.
The third interview was after 3 weeks with the head of the department and HR. It was more about my personality, but the feeling was the same as in the first.
I got the job after 2 weeks, in total the process was aprox. 2 months. In general, I would definitely recommend the company. The application process was perfect. I got answers on time, reimbursement of tickets for interview, and the person in charge of doing the contract was helping me in everything.
Finally, I would like to add that the whole process was in German. During the 2nd and 3rd interview I had to answer one question in English, only to test your english. Therefore, I believe german is a must.
At the end, when I had the contracts in my hands I got my job dream offer and I was very confused. Poyry's offer almost make me think to say no to my dream offer, because of the great positive impression that I got during their application process. Unfortunately, after so much thinking I rejected poyry's offer and they were very comprenhensive.
Freundlicher Telefonkontakt und gute Auskunft vor dem Schicken der Bewerbung. Persönliche Eingangsbestätigung. Nach ca. 2-3 Wochen Absage mit Begründung (keine passende Stelle existent). Trotz Absage immer positives Gefühl beim Umgang mit der Firma.
So verdient kununu Geld.
