-Inhuman behaviour of the decision makers in management level with the staffs:
In my opinion It is one of the important reasons that the staffs dont like to remain in AFT for a long time.
-very low salary
-no effective and useful communication
-too much responsibility and no remuneration
-no idea about the future
Verbesserungsvorschläge
AFT has to change its careless and cruel manner of dealing with the staffs. AFT has to think about a systematic procedure like the other companies in Germany to make a normal collaboration between the colleagues possible.
Kommunikation
The way that the meetings are attended is one of the greatest failures in AFT. In this sesssions is discussed about many non important things and at the end is not possible to reach a reasonable and satisfactory result. Even if you are expert in your work and you have proven it many times, you are asked to explain about many details for the decision makers who have no idea about the details.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
It was very good in the development department but occured too much problems during the team work of 2 different departments. It happens normally because there is not any surveillance from the side of responsible persons.
Work-Life-Balance
It is unbelievable that all the people in company are forced to take vacation in August for 2 weeks. There are too much problems for home office. There is a laptop that the colleaguses have to share for the home office. It means that in a same day its not possible that 2 persons make home office.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
In AFT the goal is to find a way to force the employees to work more without any fair compensation. To reach this goal the company has to make too much pressure on the staffs.
Interessante Aufgaben
The product of AFT is a high tech high frequency high power system with a wide application in science and industry. You can learn all the days many interesting topics of physics, mathematics and mechanics. On the other hand you have the chance to experience very interesting practical issues of measurement and construction.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
With such too much tasks in AFT and large domain of responsibility, AFT pays a low salary that is not comparable with the other companies.

I can only speak about the image of the company in the development department. Many colleaguses are completely unsatisfied and as a result many colleagues prefer leaving the company as soon as possible. At the moment works only one development engineer in high frequency area with less than 1 year work experience.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No clear future for a meaningful progress in AFT. A higher position means a higher salary but this is forbidden in AFT.
