Not every supervisor is the same, but in my department, communication is clear and honest. Doors are always open.

Very few women (none in Management), but lots of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds in the company.

Most of the colleagues are pretty young but everyone is valued the same.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Very nice office, height adjustable desks, huge and very well equipped kitchen, rooftop terrace, various drinks, coffee. I have worked in a lot more crowded and old offices before, so I really like it.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I am happy with my salary, but there could be benefits.

There is some disruption in the moment that obviously causes frustration for some. While I can understand that I have the impression that the management understood the problems and is working on them.

No structured processes yet. Trainings will be offered on an individual basis.
