Great company where most people want to leave after a year (unless they are from DLR)
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
A lot of great, talented people, most of the on the way out.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Already said enough. Read through other negative comments, most of them are extremely accurate.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
- Start caring about the talent because so far you can have a high turnover but you might start running out of talented people to hire.
- Improve the transparency, create some common goal.
- Hire a CTO who will manage this chaos (c.e.o cant be the CTO!)
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Best example: I didn't have an exit interview because as my manager said: "Everyone knows everything is awful anyway so what's the point"
Kommunikation
No communication between upper management and the employees. No goal, no mission, no plan. Plenty of "secret projects". No transparency.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Friendly colleagues.
Work-Life-Balance
Pretty relaxed. All the time the management try to force people to work from office with little effect. Their reason was, that in China they work from office and they are so much more effective.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The team leads are nice. The upper management doesn't care
Interessante Aufgaben
Well the tasks could be interesting but they are pointless. Most projects are scrapped after few months so all your work goes to the bin. The priorities change according to ceo's mood.
Gleichberechtigung
You can only develop your career if you are from DLR.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Almost everyone is a junior
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Below average salaries. Can only get a raise when you threat to leave the company.
Image
Great image, nothing behind.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
A great place for graduates to kickstart their career in robotics nothing else. Otherwise could be quite a career killer.
