Work-Life-Balance
I can take my vacation whenever I want. That's indeed a plus! But a healthy work-life-balance looks different. In my previous company the leaders took good care to prevent us from overheating. In here it's quite the opposite from my perception.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Don't ask for a raise. Don't speak about issues. Don't attract attention. I've been working in the software dept and never seen a poor mid management like this.

I am biased in answering this point. On one hand, the company seems to shine in China. On the other hand the german site seems to be heavily overrated.
