Way too few compared to other cruise lines or companies shoreside. If you stay, it is only the vibe from your colleagues that keeps you.

Very poor decisions and communication in the (recent) past lead to this.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

You can attend trainings aboard and shoreside, climb any promotion ladder, do cross trainings to other departments, etc. However, you are not supported with own education projects and must do it additionally to all your workload.
