Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Working at this company has been one of the most frustrating and demoralizing experiences of my professional career. For anyone considering joining, here’s an honest account of what you’re signing up for:

1. Unqualified Leadership (Except the CEO):
The CEO is the only person in the leadership team who seems to have any clue about running a business. The rest of the founders treat the company like a personal MBA course—experimenting, failing, and learning how to run a business *at the expense of employees' careers*.

2. CEO's God Complex:
While the CEO has some knowledge, his attitude is unbearable. Every All Hands meeting feels like sitting through a condescending lecture from a parent scolding their kids. His ego is so inflated he seems to think he’s the next Steve Jobs, though the results of the company beg to differ.

3. Failed Strategies, Wrong Targets:
The company’s strategy has repeatedly failed to deliver meaningful results. Instead of holding the strategy department accountable, they’ve made scapegoats out of employees across other departments, firing them without justification.

4. Strategy Department’s Sweet Spot:
If you want job security here, join the strategy team. It’s the safest place, where employees are promoted to head various departments without merit, given free rein to gossip to C-level executives, and protected from the firing spree happening everywhere else.

5. Culture of Backbiting & Dissatisfaction:
The leadership team is a chaotic mess. Department heads constantly complain about each other, creating an environment of mistrust and hostility. Employee dissatisfaction runs high, and to make matters worse, salaries are embarrassingly low. If you’re earning > EUR 82,000 per year, congratulations—you’re in the top 5% of earners here.

6. Mass Firings:
The company’s handling of employees is shameful. In FY 2024 alone, they fired around 20% of the workforce, often without valid reasons. It's a revolving door of hiring and firing, with no stability for employees except those in the strategy department.

7. No Innovation, Just Presentation:
Forget about innovation or product development. This company is obsessed with presentations and internal optics, while the actual product stagnates. Employees don’t even use the company’s own product—it’s handed out for free but mostly ignored.

8. Nepotism in Tech:
The CTO was apparently hired after being a developer at Google, which would be fine if he weren’t unqualified for his role. He’s turned the tech department into a nepotistic playground, hiring his friends for top positions while ruthlessly firing others who don’t fall in line with his clique.

Final Verdict:
This company is a case study in what happens when egos, incompetence, and unethical practices collide. The leadership is dysfunctional, the work environment is toxic, and the lack of job security is appalling. If you value your career, mental health, or self-respect, look elsewhere.

NOTE: Most of the employees get link for Kununu feedback within weeks when they join therefore, mostly people rate it good because on the face company is good. It's only later when you start realizing the real colors.
