The working atmosphere is great. The cohesion in the team as well as the cooperation with cross functional teams is always in a pleasant, respectful and motivating manner. Can't wait to move into the new office building soon.

Communication is made simple and effective through helpful tools (no emails, Asana). Feedback is always honest and timely, which enables an effective way of working. Here and there, the way of communication could be improved by making it more empathetic and motivating.

The team cohesion is exceptional. The helpfulness and enjoyment of the work is wonderful and there is also plenty of fun.

Air up gives employees great flexibility and personal responsibility through flexible time management and home office arrangements. This requires personal responsibility to organize your workload in a healthy and appropriate way which can be challenging especially in peak times.

The relationship with supervisors and managers is pleasant. Whether CEO, founder or line manager, there is always time and an ear open for concerns and support. Sometimes the close relationship can tendance to Micromanaging.

The tasks are always varied, no two days are the same. Everyone sits in the driver's seat and can initiate and drive (new) projects independently with the support of colleagues and superiors.

Equality is definitely there. With constant growth into new countries and cultures, it is important to give DEI a greater focus in the future. Awareness training, support and constant exchange can be improved.

No impression that there are differences in behavior here. The company is generally very young.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The working conditions are good, the technical equipment, the offices and flexibility allow a lot of freedom and support. As in many other companies, the calendars are often full of meetings, which can certainly be scaled down here and there.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
In product development, transportation the focus is strongly on sustainability and constantly looking for improvements. Sustainability in the company itself in the office design (e.g. waste separation) etc. can be improved. I am excited about the new office. :)
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
salary and benefits are above average there are many benefits such as urban sports, pension plan, discounts and many others. It is obvious that the salary cannot compete with the big companies, however in the big picture it is really fair.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Since the company is young, there are many career opportunities and still less barriers. There is potential for improvement when it comes to career planning and further development with line managers in the current position.
