In my employment with this company, I have experienced mistrust of employees from *parts of management*.
This is particularly unfortunate as employees have always strived to do their best work, maintained excellent communication with companies and clients and often worked overtime.
I wonder where this mistrust came from and continues to come from. Mistrust can only arise if you don't trust yourself and are not honest. This is exactly what I have experienced in this company: a small fraction of people, especially the new management, treat others disrespectfully, denounce them and do not recognize their performance. This behavior is not only demotivating, but also destructive for the entire working atmosphere.

I hope that the new management will finally engage in honest communication and treat employees with respect. This is the only way to create a healthy and productive working environment.

In crisis situations, the new management is not in a position to act responsibly. Unauthorized verbal abuse is part of everyday life at the executive level in tense situations. Very unprofessional.
