Good salary.

Management is bad. The old guy has a management style that was already bad in the 80s. He shouts at people and we fear him. The other one seams helpless and has no authority. I would say there is no good leadership at the moment.

Yes salary is good if you have enough work. But colleagues tend to fight against each other to get tasks. Last month our bonus was paid late because they did not have money.
