Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There was an excessive amount of micromanagement, which stifled autonomy and trust among employees. The work environment was often characterized by shouting, which created unnecessary tension. There was a lack of transparency in decision-making processes, and communication—both with employees and clients—was at a very low level. Many clients expressed strong dislike towards interacting with management, which damaged professional relationships and the company’s reputation.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
A key suggestion for improvement would be to reconsider the leadership approach. Stronger, more supportive management would foster a more positive and collaborative work environment, allowing employees to feel heard and valued. Better communication and a willingness to listen to staff could significantly improve morale and productivity.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The working atmosphere was decent overall.
Kommunikation
Conversations with colleagues were always positive, and we tried to support each other whenever possible. Unfortunately, the management significantly impacted the atmosphere in a negative way. Most employees were hesitant to speak up in front of the “ultimate boss, who often acted as if they knew everything better, which created tension and limited open communication
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team dynamics and support among colleagues were excellent, with everyone striving to help one another and maintain a positive working environment. However, the poor management practices often undermined this cohesion, creating unnecessary stress and limiting the team’s potential to collaborate effectively.
Work-Life-Balance
Work-life balance largely depended on individual preferences and work style. You had the flexibility to work standard hours or extend your day if you were busy and preferred to do so. This approach allowed for a good level of autonomy and adaptability, which was a positive aspect of the workplace.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The behavior of supervisors left much to be desired. While there were moments of constructive guidance, these were overshadowed by a tendency to dismiss employee input and adopt a “my way or the highway” attitude. This created an atmosphere where many employees felt undervalued and hesitant to express their opinions, ultimately hindering trust and open communication.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary was generally fair and competitive, with variations depending on the workload and level of commitment. Employees who demonstrated more dedication and took on additional responsibilities could expect higher compensation, which was a motivating factor for many. Benefits were in line with industry standards, adding to the overall package.
