My suggestion to the company is to remember the promises made to employees and align them with actual actions. If you claim to support employees, ensure that your decisions and behaviors reflect that commitment. Treat employees with the same respect and understanding that you would expect in return, and recognize that the people working for you are human beings with real challenges. A more transparent and humane approach would go a long way in fostering trust and loyalty within the company.

The company hired employees without having actual projects or clear tasks for them. This lack of direction and purpose led to a sense of wasted potential and left many employees, including myself, without meaningful work to contribute to.

The focus on creating a good external reputation does not align with the internal reality, where poor management decisions, lack of transparency, and job insecurity affect the employees' experience. The image they project is far from the truth of what it’s like to work there.

The company claims to have a budget for employee training, but in reality, it is very difficult to access. Whenever I found a course or development opportunity that seemed valuable, the response was always that it was too expensive or too long. The company's commitment to employee development is not reflected in their actions, and it feels like a hollow promise.
