They severely need proper leadership that can execute the mission. Not sure how the Schwarz group can fund this group without doing proper due diligence.

Please hire competent leaders that can understand, navigate, and deliver complex deliverables. You need open-minded and inspiring leaders, not rule-followers who do not motivate others.
