Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
So far, amazing colleagues in project teams, previously interesting projects and collaborations. I doubt that many good colleagues will stay though.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Lack of transparency in decisions, lack of integrity in upper management. Awful communication in official meetings. Incompetent handling of projects and strategic topics. Incompetent estimation of the market that lead to overly rapid growth and then to subsequent firings. Personal vendettas. HR is sometimes outright lying.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Change upper management, refocus the vision, hire competent leaders. And try doing that very quickly, before all colleagues with integrity and options have left (might already be too late). I guess that's a suggestion rather to the board than to the current managers, who won't remove themselves.
Don't set growth in numbers as a goal in itself, especially if it doesn't increase revenue.

The bad communication, poor decision making by managers and completely lost focus created a hostile atmosphere

Top down, constructive criticism largely gets ignored, important problems are often not addressed at all until it's too late

See comments above about management. Sometimes their actions feel like personal vendettas, almost never the actions are transparent or understandable
