Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The whole new C-Level has been picked new and from the network from Hamburg. Talented new recruits partly don't stay long, because the network is hiring further people from Hamburg. If you are not recruited for a leadership position / gotten on board as a service provider by the new C-Level there is little change you will find your place in the company.
Unfortunately you can see the leadership team not being able to protect their teams from the stress coming from "upstairs".
A lot of actionism when it comes to getting to the revenue goals (OKRs, employee satisfaction survey and such) - just adds up to more chaos and unsatisfaction.
When it comes to the team spirit - certainly, inside of the teams people stick together, not interdisciplinary or hierarchically from my experience. C-Level and the teams itself do not seem to work together well and this is where the vibe in the communication really bad.

Instead of pushing forward and challenging treat employees as people. People will answer and act accordingly.
Work-Life-Balance
Many crucial team members resign and leave a lot of work to whose who stay and partly cannot do that correctly.
Gleichberechtigung
This topic is being pushed by the younger colleagues, but it is incredibly underdeveloped and one can feel that in the internal communication.
Also almost no non-german hires, exceptions are data and IT teams, because there are no candidates otherwise.
