Many employees don't try to work, when machine stops working. And there is me and many times elderly women cleaning oils and boxes on our own. Supervisor should visit ops on upper floor more often.
Everything else is now satisfactory for me, since I'm only working minijob here and not fulltime like on summer holidays.
But when it comes to fulltime: Stop making shifts like night shift on sunday and then afternoon shifts on monday. It's deadly. Please change it, so that the employees, who drive over an hour just to get to and then another hour to get home, can also sleep.
