Please try to give better opportunities to the existing work strength than promoting miscellaneous humanitarian initiatives. In my opinion, both are equally important.

Overall atmosphere is good but they've been promoting miscellaneous humanitarian initiatives. My take on this is they should take better care of their employees.

Colleagues are really nice. Approachable, helpful.
Work-Life-Balance
They provide flexible working hours. It was the best thing about being with Avanade.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My supervisor was really good but top management is really bad. No clear cut plans for future. They hired so many people in a particular domain that they didn't extend contracts of the persons who completed 2 years with them. A better planning could have been appropriate for everyone.
Interessante Aufgaben
Due to shortage of projects, associates are sitting on bench. There are good long term projects too but that is a rare site, unfortunately.

I wanted to carry on working for Avanade but unfortunately I couldn't. They certainty can do better in managing the resources.
