Don't treat employees as just numbers. By loosing good employees, you are actually loosing good talents and later it will be very hard for you to find one.

There was home office option without core working hours. Very flexible working hours which will help you to manage work with other Appointments.

Kommunikation

Used to have Mitarbeiterversammlung to inform emplyees about the business development.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

I have nothing to complain here.

Work-Life-Balance

With my Manager, I had a very nice work life balance.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

I met the best supervisor in this company. A supervisor who really cares about his team members. Unfortunately he is not in the company anymore. His leave made his other team members also quit the company which in fact ended up in the closing of one location.

Interessante Aufgaben

Tasks were interesting. I could learn a lot.

Gleichberechtigung

There is less women in development and board.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Decent pay. Part time is also possible. Subsidized Deutschlandland Ticket, Emergency child care.

Due to recent issues and layoff the Image is pretty bad.

Used to provide trainings during good times. Later everything cut down due to financial crisis.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you experienced many positive aspects during your time with us, such as the flexible working hours, the interesting tasks, and the support of your former supervisor. At the same time, we regret that your perception changed over time, especially regarding how employees are treated.

We are currently facing a challenging economic situation that requires strategic measures – some of which are particularly difficult. To quickly return the company to profitability, we’ve also had to make tough decisions to reduce costs. The associated reduction in staff is something we do not take lightly. It is therefore all the more important for us to handle these steps as responsibly and fairly as possible.

We understand that this requires a great deal of trust and understanding from the affected teams, which is not something we take for granted. We are confident that the changes we are implementing will help us overcome current challenges and return the company to the successful growth path it followed for 15 years.
