Virtues Trust and Knowledge is missing in the organization. Please ask the people to not be lazy and learn new concepts and update themselves. Saving yourself and not taking risks would not let you anywhere.

Terrible, my second manager was not communicated that she leads me.

Outsiders vs old employees. Benefits are for old employees vs new hires. Integration missing, clear instructions missing, looks like if you have entered a priviledge member club and you do not have rights.

Lack of knowledge makes people go in loops.

Absolutely Aristrocratic: Mine was a politician, had no clue of what the department does, how pissed the team was and did no help to integrate in the team. There were his personal bootlickers who did what he said without questions and this is culture summarized.If you speak the truth, you are dead.

Nothing new is allowed to move forward, they call it lets kill the project, first time I saw something like this in a company.

Do you give rights to the various diverse people you have hired? Ask yourself guys, you know what you are propagating, there is no space to breath for these people.
