The satisfaction of our employees is very important to us, so we'd appreciate it very much to learn more why you especially evaluated leadership and communication in this way. Especially in the last months a lot has improved here, through regular team meetings and company updates we try to keep as much transparency as possible and share important information with all our employees. Also we're providing more benefits than just coffee and fruits like Kindergarten-subsidy and continuous vocational training according to wishes of employees.
