Nichts
Es gibt nur eine Toilette für 30 leute.. Küche nicht Sauber.. Manchmal denkt man warum sind wir hier. Ist es ein Firma oder bench start up !
Sei Offen, sei transparent & sei authentisch.
authentisch-sein challenge -
keine neue Kunden.. keine interessante Aufgaben. Wer kauft solche Lösungen?
Wer noch hier investiert is echt Reich .. eigentlich kann neue Firma Grunden statt diese Firma
Good bad ugly that are digitally secured solutions
manchmal es gibt fälle das ich auch mein Lebenslauf an anderen Firmen senden will.
keine leider
From the top to bottom very good
more financial support for transport, lunch, gym etc. would be nice
There have been a lot of company strategy changes in the past, which of course had not the best impact. But still the working atmosphere is very good.
I would say that is average, which i think is totally fine for such a small company.
The colleagues and team spirit are just amazing at BlueID!! Not just in my department but also cross department. HR also tries to keep up a high number of team events, even just to hang out after work and do board games!!
there is not a big difference
The communication at BlueID improved a lot over the last year. We have constant team meetings, where every team talks about their projects/wins etc. Also through quarterly company updates everyone gets all the important information. In addition with the new team lead structure and the scale up format we get now all the important, but also not to much unnecessary information!
I think BlueID and its product are very interesting and futuristic! So it is a lot of fun to work for such a company.
every other company: hmm... maybe we should listen to our employees and change something
BlueID: force kununu to delete bad reviews and keep all the bullshit
a lot of people have already left.. the rest is looking for new jobs
you won't get the information you need
new comer who want to develop embedded software codes can be one reason.
freelancers may be in mobile apps limited.
taking time to get sales or good customer
listen to employees who want this company to grow and not few.
delegate people and allow them to work freely. Do not hear around the inner groups. can not last in a longer run.
fix basics n then look to scale
typical lean start-up with combined emotions. May be few get engaged truly. rest are between working and looking
original name had interesting image than new one
freedom is there unless backed by team mate or leader group
1 course or something may be possible
bit lower than general norm or markets
expect few get-together or parties. Its clean - wasting food | noise is low.
unsafe situation not yet seen. alarms/building-safety may be in place.
mutual respect is somewhat there. good people left the company
not many. average 25-35 yr
good computer, mouse, tablet etc.. mobile app to entree office
mostly open communication during sales win, rounds of funding and some achievement. It keeps going at times not sharing full info.
maintained off and yet to learn the real
depending on clients and partners. some engagement get on few weeks then fall out with various reasons or possibilities to continue later. Henceforth doing typical team daily, retro and reviews part of task.
may be good for developers and temporary jobs as testers/ designers
no leadership mentality at all.. it just showed off as bottom up approach and suddenly goes via loop decision making and ends up at one persons desk. this the people know well. most of the workers (orgininal baimos) have no real experience.. it is just this company that is it.
be truthful to what you say and allow the new employees to have real acceptance than bullying them with your techniques
just recruiting people from other cultures does not show its giving equal rights. it is just fake as you have no experience in managing cross cultural teams.. its just showing off.
Some employees are really passionate about their job and great colleagues
- frequent strategy changes
- good colleagues are constantly leaving the company and taking knowledge with them
- heaps of buggy legacy software
- Stop doing the same mistakes over and over again
- Listen to the feedback of the employees
- act instead of react
Absolutely nobody uses the product. You can count the number of real users with one hand
So verdient kununu Geld.
