There is very little room for innovation or mistakes. Management likes to do things a certain way and all you can do is follow.

Management likes to use a very demeaning tone when you make mistakes or they don't agree with you on a specific matter. If you use the same tone and talk back, you will be called out on. Feedbacks are not at all constructive but rather demotivating.

Work-Life-Balance
There is no work-life balance. If you want to make an impact you have to work more than 10 hours a day. You are given tasks to complete with a deadline and if you don't stay longer you don't finish the tasks. There is no additional pay for extra hours either. Longer stays are encouraged by the higher management although never demanded.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There is hugr hierarchy within the departments. Opinions are not valued or appreciated. If you have conflicting opinions with the management, they will find a way to let you go.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks are monotonous and you are often asked to do things outside the scope of your job description.
