supposedly open error culture which then causes trouble again. a lot of pressure to perform in some departments which also causes fluctuation.

very, very difficult. internal team and company-wide decisions are communicated with little or no transparency - and then very poorly.
could also be due to the structure with the parent company but also due to the presence or absence of some managers who are extremely rarely on site.

certainly varied from team to team and department to department - but I had a good impression.

high fluctuation - therefore extra work is necessary in some places. however, there are home office options. but this is also practiced very differently from team to team.

also has a lot to do with communication. many managers are in such positions because they have been there for a long time. But it feels like the management is also very far away, as some are only on site once a month anyway.

office has been given a facelift and is cozy and modern - unfortunately the rest is a disaster.
Very old IT infrastructure, weekly system failures were the rule. Old equipment and big hurdles. lots of knowledge silos.
