Arbeitsatmosphäre

Depends on your project. Some have a very healthy atmosphere and others the opposite (very toxic)

Kommunikation

Generally good and on point, but recently it increased and the quality suffered. A lot of useless info is being spread around.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Well, this is promising for future projects, but do not rely on your manager or coach. They mostly care about revenue, which of course is important but might neglect you as an employee.

Work-Life-Balance

Current project does not allow to have social life at all. Avg working 11+hrs per day without being allowed to do officially overtime. Weekend work and customer expects you to be available 24/7.

Interessante Aufgaben

Was good at the start and now it is repeating. Given the workload you cannot do some elearning in parallel.

Gleichberechtigung

Nothing to complain.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Nothing to complain.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Ok, hardware is outdated and kinda dusty.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

If you work only 40hrs it's good...

And bonus is still a mystery.
