Even as a software developer it´s still difficult to get support and integration for Linux devices (there are much people using it)

As starter, the salary is low in comparison with others in the field. No extra for holiday and Christmas. But flexabroad possibility and adjustable hours

People are not confident with the salary, but more the communication about it and that the deadlines for the announcement of the raise are broken

You got several portals to do online training for free on you own time, but can also apply for it on worktime if usable for the project
