In addition to our pizza parties, we also organize various team events within departments and company-wide events to foster a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.

Regarding the pressure on overtime, we’d like to clarify that we have a flexible working hours policy to help our employees maintain a healthy work-life balance. As with any dynamic start-up, there may be times when we work a little longer, but we strive to ensure it is balanced and not a constant expectation.

As for career development and training, we’re excited to share that we have introduced several training programs this year to support our employees’ growth and development after receiving feedback that this was missing. Unfortunately, it seems these initiatives were implemented after your time with us, but they are now an integral part of our career development offerings.
