It is still a start up wanting to expand too quick without sufficient expertise, especially in management with a fast growing landscape. If the product isn’t ready for medium to enterprise levels, don’t push.

They send people home on time, good work life balance.
Management tries new work-arounds for the growing new teams which are quite rushed and not really effective.

Most meetings aren’t mandatory, but expectations to be there. So mandatory anyways.

It depends on the team, but in most there are only new colleagues and either you fit in or you’re out quite quick.

There isn’t any feedback from management. Decisions are made without any consideration or enough action plans and thoughts about why and how it will affect the future.

You get a lot of freedom in your work day, but that is it already.

there aren’t any.
Arbeitsbedingungen
haben in Berlin sogar 2 Büros, in Sales gibt es immer Kollegen die eine große Lunge haben.

Many unnecessary flights.

Average salary. But many employee benefits. Obviously. The company sells them. Would be weird if not.

Clean image internally and externally, until you notice all these workers disappearing. But there are so many new employees. You just turn a blind eye.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There aren’t many opportunities to rise, even during onboarding no necessary trainings at all. After months of working there, several daily tasks were taught wrongly and no feedback was given to change this. Negative impact on the company or inefficient work processes are unnoticed or ignored because no one is responsible for these.
