Thank you for your feedback - some of these items are quite worrying to read. Personally as a woman in leadership I don´t feel taken less seriously than my male peers, but that does not make your feeling less valid or worth looking at.

I would love it if you´d be willing to have a (confidential) coffee with me to talk about your feedback. Since it doesn´t note which department you are in, it´s hard to gauge what you could be talking about, or how we could work towards solutions together on the points mentioned.
