From Innovation to Chaos: Circula’s Leadership Failure
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
UPDATE: Circula is now taking an active approach to managing its Kununu presence, ensuring that certain reviews are reported and reviewed—one might get the impression that less favorable comments are being filtered out.
Circula’s once vibrant culture has vanished under new management, replaced by a toxic “hire-and-fire” mentality. Employees are hired without plans and dismissed without reason, creating fear and uncertainty. Transparency and communication are nonexistent, with decisions made impulsively behind closed doors. Responsibilities are unclear, leaving staff unsupported, while customer communication is equally poor.
Teams are hastily formed, only to be disbanded weeks later, with probationary employees let go en masse. The fact that the company changes entire strategies within two weeks—after hiring people based on those very strategies—shows shocking incompetence. Leadership’s actions not only harm employees but also reflect a lack of accountability and responsibility.
Even more concerning, HR responses to feedback here tend to be evasive, focusing on business justifications rather than addressing the real impact on those affected—people who have to pay bills and support their families.. This reckless behavior contradicts the company’s outward image, turning an innovative startup into a place where employees feel disposable.
